How long is data stored?

All booking information is stored long enough to process the booking.   Financial data is kept for a minimum of 7 years.

How is the information used?

Information collected for all bookings that are accepted is used to create an invoice and a payment record.   Contact email addresses are used for occasional marketing purposes, Non-personalised statistical data analysis may be used from time to time to present booking and financial data for management purposes.
