Reservations:

• Bookings are best made by email.

• Changeover days are Thursdays and Sundays – minimum stays of 3, 4 and 7 nights.

 

Payment:

• We accept payment via bank transfer.

• 30% deposit to be made upon booking, the remaining to be settled in cash at the end of your stay.

• Breakfast for two is included.

 

Confirmation:

• When requesting a booking, we will hold the reservation once we receive a Visa or MasterCard number. We will not take any monies from the card, it is only to act as a guarantee.

• Deposit payments must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of receipt of a written confirmation from us.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Confirmed reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days in advance of the arrival date.

• Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to arrival will be charged 40% of the value of the reserved stay.

• For cancellations within one week of arrival, the entire amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card supplied.
